If you have followed my blog, then you know I love a fun party! I’ve had the pleasure of photographing lots of great parties…you can view them here. This sweet girl’s 4th birthday party was full of fun! Her crafty mom did a splendid job decorating and hosting! My favorite details of this party were the ice cold milk with the designer straws and the custom goodie bags with the birthday girl’s initial on them…so cute!! When guests started arriving, the birthday girl would run to the door to greet her friends. She’s a hostess in the making! A wonderful candy bar was the first thing the guests saw as they entered the party. It was difficult for the kids to wait until the end of the party to grab candy! The entertainment was provided by Bricks4Kids. Building blocks were a perfect choice for both girls and boys in this age group! Everyone created a fun spin art project using a motorized wheel made out of building blocks! After eating, playing and creating it was time for CAKE! Frost It Cafe in Frisco did a great job baking a pretty cake for the birthday girl! The birthday girl and her mom cut the cake together using the birthday girl’s special, engraved cake knife. This knife has been used to cut every cake she has ever had and will hopefully be used at her wedding someday. I love that idea!! It is such a precious sentimental item that she will actually use the rest of her life…so sweet!!
